Terry Velour is a kind of toweling fabric similar to  terry cloth, it’s one side covered with loops, the other sides loops were scissored make it’s touch smooth and soft. Velour fabric is always expensive than terry fabric even though they both have same quality, weight, construction, density and yarns. Because to get certain weight velour fabric, we need get heavier terry fabric firstly, then cut loops of  one side of it.
